Yesterday was my youngest's Sweet 16th Birthday. Happy Birthday Nicole! On Valentine's Day she had 4 of her friends spend the night. I think the average was 2 hours of sleep (although I got a little more)...

Tonight I made Nicole's Birthday Cake. I know it is not like River City Cakes, but not bad for a beginner.

Meet Emi

Emi was born at 25 weeks gestation, weighing only 1 lb. 6 oz. with her identical twin sister, Mina, who became Emi's little angel just two days later. After 20 weeks in the neonatal intensive care unit, Emi finally came home to her family. It's been 7.5 months since Emi was born and she now weighs 10 lb 4 oz. She was referred to me by the Moment by Moment Foundation for those who are born premature and or have a life threatening illness. The hospitals refer families to a group of participating professional photographers to capture and provide pictures of their child for the families, completely free of charge. I am proud to be a participating photographer and look forward to helping many more families.

Elk Grove Bridal Show
